We would like to have your Definitive Technology product to you by December 23. Therefore, in following shipping guidelines, orders need to be submitted no later than the following dates:
Last day for free shipping (Ground) - order must be submitted by December 1.
Last day for 3-day shipping – order must be submitted by December 14.
This offer is valid only to U.S. customers within 50 states (not including Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) and applies to Definitive Technology products purchased from the U.S. Definitive Technology website. We cannot ship to addresses outside the U.S, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Definitive Technology reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. Any charges paid by the customer for shipping are non-refundable.
We are confident you will love your Definitive Technology product. We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right. You may return any product within 60-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. With proof of purchase, you will receive a full refund, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.
If, within 60-days after delivery of your purchase from Definitive Technology, you are not completely satisfied, please write us at [email protected].
Email should include Order ID, Billing email address, products that are to be returned and reasons for return. Please include original order receipt with the email for verification purposes. Except for packages that weigh more than 66 pounds (i.e. excess weight packages), we will provide a free return shipping label for all Definitive Technology products being returned. For the excess weight items, the customer must pay the return shipping. You must return the product to us in its original packaging and include all accessories. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will give you a refund for the returned product.
Note: all returns must include your assigned Return Authorization number.
If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product. If you are returning a product that was purchased using a bundle promotional discount you must return all items in the bundle to receive a full refund, and your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product bundle. If the complete bundle is not returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product bundle less the MSRP of the item(s) not returned.
Definitive Technology will not refund any shipping charges (e.g., expedited shipping or overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
Direct sales from Definitive Technology are exclusive to U.S. customers (not including Puerto Rico). We cannot ship to addresses outside the U.S, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process and is "in progress."
