Shipping Policy
All purchases from definitivetechnology.com require a signature for delivery.
Free ground shipping is offered within the Continental US as standard. We also offer free expedited shipping and overnight shipping at an additional cost for all products, except the Descend D15 subwoofer and the Dymension DM70 and DM8 floor-standing speakers which will ship freight.
We cannot ship to addresses outside the US, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Please note the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has shipped.
Shipping Timeline
- Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
The above shipping timelines start once the order has shipped.
Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days and Sundays ship out within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2pm ET or on Saturdays ship out the next business day.
Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, and to most US addresses on Saturday and Sunday, excluding public holidays.
