Shipping Policy

Due to inventory count, orders placed after 2pm ET on 12/30 will ship out on 1/6.

We offer one standard delivery service which is free of charge in Canada. We are unable to deliver orders to Quebec, APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped (excluding US public holidays). Please note all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days and Sundays ship out within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2pm ET or on Saturdays ship out the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you can track your order on the link provided in the dispatch email. Please note the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has shipped.

Definitive Technology is not responsible for any last-minute changes made by the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

We are confident you will love your Definitive Technology product. We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right. You may return any product within 60-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. You will receive a full refund, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.

If, within 60-days of your purchase from definitivetechnology.com, you are not completely satisfied, please click here to request a return. To get started, please enter the email address that was used to place the order and the order number that can be found on your order confirmation email.

We will provide a free return shipping label for all Definitive Technology products being returned. You must return the product to us in its original packaging and include all accessories. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will give you a refund for the returned product.

If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.

If you are returning products within the return policy period that were purchased as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle (including any accessories, wires and attachments that accompanied each product) must be included in the return order to receive a full refund. For warranty related returns, please refer to the product warranty and contact customer service if the product warranty applies.

Definitive Technology will not refund any shipping charges (e.g. overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process and is "in progress."
